Destiny Trials of Osiris Gear Outlast: A Comprehensive Guide

The Trials of Osiris gear outlast has been a staple in Destiny 2's PvE content for some time now. However, with the introduction of new perk combinations, it's no longer the absolute best combo. The classic roll of Outlast/Kill Clip is still a viable option for this weapon. Minor Spec on primary weapons is almost always the right choice for PvE content, making it an excellent starting point. When it comes to masterwork, any will do, as Rapid-Fire Frame stats tend to be on the low side.

The Origin Trait, Disaster Plan, provides a passive buff when picking up ammo, making it an excellent reload perk in Column 3. Feeding Frenzy or Outlaw are both great options here. In Column 4, we recommend a damage perk, such as Kill Clip. Since we're running Feeding Frenzy in Column 3, Appended Mag is better than Flared Magwell.

This weapon feels like an old school Destiny 2 roll, with Magazine being the key to success in PvE. More bullets down range are always best, making this a great option for those looking to increase their damage output.

When it comes to focusing this weapon, you'll want to mitigate its terrible Recoil by choosing Arrowhead Brake. Once you've earned the weapon and unlocked it in your collections, provided you have the upgrade, you can focus that specific weapon from the Deep Engram Decoding menu at the Sonar Station.

The upgrades and how to unlock them are found in the Seasonal challenges menu. You can also focus the Deep Engrams that you earn at the Sonar Station found in the HELM if you have the Deep Weapon Focusing Sonar Station Upgrade.

Reckoning Weapons can be earned by fishing and turning in the fish caught at the HELM. After completing the first few steps of the 'Into the Deep' Mission, you'll unlock the Fishing Tackle to allow for fishing. To get Outlast in Destiny 2, players will need to own Season of the Deep and complete the introductory mission.

While this weapon may not be the absolute best combo out there anymore, it's still a powerful option for those looking to dominate in PvE content. With its classic roll and excellent reload perk, it's definitely worth considering for any Destiny 2 player looking to upgrade their arsenal.
